Our agreement is in Adobe PDF format - you can get a free PDF reader by downloading it from the Adobe website here. Or, if you prefer, we can send the agreement to you by fax or mail. - Pay the annual fee Our annual fee to serve as Registered Agent for your company is just $125.00. That's it - no extra fees, hidden fees, mail fees, postage fees, fee fees, just $125.00 per year. Payment of the fee can be made by mailing us a check or money order made payable to "Virginia Professional Services, LLC"
