Virginia Professional Services, LLC is a boutique business services company that specializes in registered agent service. Our clients range from small business owners throughout the state to larger companies headquartered outside the Commonwealth who conduct business here. Our Offerings

Registered Agent Service
For $125 a year, you’ll receive professional care from our premium registered agent service, which includes (at no extra charge):
- A secure online account
- Direct access to our filing experts by phone
- A professional business address you can use for your company
- 3 pieces of regular mail (in addition to all service of process)
- Free 90-day trial of phone service
Our offices are located in the state capital, which is just down the street from the Secretary of State’s office. We’re always here during normal business hours to accept official mail and service of process on your behalf.
Virginia Business Presence
We offer all our clients a robust package to launch your online business presence immediately. Our Virginia Business Presence package includes:
- The domain name of your choice
- A website that’s easy to use and update yourself
- SSL certificate
- An email address tied to your domain name
- A business phone line with a Virginia area code
All of these services are free for 90 days when you sign up for registered agent or business formation service. (Though your domain name is yours for free for one year.)
Business Formation Service
When you decide to form a Virginia LLC or a Virginia corporation in Virginia, we’ll make sure your company is properly registered with the state and fully equipped to conduct business here. Our prices cover our filing fee of $100, as well as the state’s filing fee ($100 for LLCs and $75 for corporations).
In addition to everything you get with registered agent service, our business formation service options include:
