VARegisteredAgent.com and Virginia Professional Services, LLC are owned by Bernie Dietz, an attorney licensed in Virginia, Maryland and D.C.  Bernie has more than a dozen years of experience as both an attorney and a business executive, which gives him a unique view into the special needs of small to medium sized businesses. He has worked in business development, sales, and marketing executive roles for internet, software, publishing and technology companies of many different sizes and stages of development. He has also served as General Counsel and Associate General Counsel of several different technology and publishing companies.  

Bernie has formed numerous Virginia limited liability companies and corporations and has a thorough knowledge of Virginia corporate and LLC law.  He can provide you with solid legal AND business advice, which most attorneys that have only practiced law cannot legitimately state. He prides himself on providing his clients with strategic advice that fits their overall business goals so that legal work helps grow the business rather than bog it down.
 

He is a member in good standing of the Bars of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He graduated with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law and has a degree in Economics from Virginia Tech.
